General Labourer

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking General Labourers / All-Rounders with a valid MR Licence and White Card to join our team supporting local parks and gardens maintenance in Dubbo, NSW. This is a casual ongoing role, working Monday to Friday for an estimated 3–6 month period.

If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hands-on, community-focused team.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• General lawn and garden maintenance – mowing, planting, pruning, edging, and weed control
• Cemetery work including lawn mowing, edging, and grave backfilling
• Preparing burial sites using hand tools and small equipment Performing general horticultural and landscaping duties
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment

What You Need:

• MR Licence or higher with at least 12 months of driving experience
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence using small plant equipment
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Willingness to follow instructions and work safely Ability to pass a drug test
